Catching Up
ByHow much do you need to post in order for your blog to really be a blog? Well, now that I am back overseas, it seems to be the time for me to begin some semi-consistent blogging again. I usually do better over here blogging anyhow.
Over the past week, I made my way to Barcellona, Italy in order to get settled into a new team for a new season. I am excited about it, though it is never easy coming over myself before the rest of the family. Lord willing, they will come over in the next week or so. I am counting down the days.
My hope, of course, is that this season would go as well as the last in Brindisi. But we shall see. Speaking of Brindisi, let me use this post to thank all the people and fans of Brindisi. It was a great year. I enjoyed playing for the club, my coach and a great group of guys for a great community. I have heard great things about the fans of Barcellona, but as I have said to most people I know, it will be tough to top the people of Brindisi. It was a pleasure.
So another season begins. It is my tenth professionally. My goal throughout the summer and now is for it to be my best. I’ll seek to be blogging throughout.

Doing well so far. It always takes some time to get settled in. I hope to get an apartment tomorrow or Tuesday. That is the first big step. My family is planning on arriving next Sunday. I can’t wait for their arrival!

I wish he could! On the other hand, he took Amari for an ice cream date today, which was totally adorable.

Thanks Joe, thanks for your passion to the city of Brindisi and the Basketball Club Enel. A great professional and a man will not be forgotten by those who have never appreciated your gifts as an athlete. Sorry never see your sweet family hug each end of the game. For me a great memory. I am sure that Barcelona will find the same warmth, what contaddistingue the south in particular.
Thanks again Joe.
Good luck.
